Wing Lei at Wynn Macau

Wing Lei is our signature Cantonese fine-dining restaurant and one of the most distinguished dining experiences at Wynn Macau. The restaurant holds two Michelin stars and combines traditional Cantonese culinary techniques with premium ingredients and highly polished service. The interior is deliberately opulent, creating an elegant setting suited to formal lunches, celebratory dinners and private occasions. Our focus is on authentic Cantonese cooking presented with the refinement expected of a luxury integrated resort, making Wing Lei a natural choice when dining is intended to be a central part of the evening rather than simply a break from casino entertainment.

Chaotianmen Hotpot is our limited-time Chongqing hotpot concept centred on the traditional flavours and dining culture associated with the historic docks of Chongqing. The signature mala broth combines chilli heat with the numbing character of Sichuan pepper, while traditional beef-tallow preparation plays an important role in the concept. Carefully selected meats, seafood and other hotpot ingredients allow guests to build a shared meal around the simmering broth. The setting and presentation reference Chongqing heritage, making Chaotianmen Hotpot as much an immersive regional dining concept as a conventional hotpot restaurant.

This day-to-night format distinguishes Cinnebar from a conventional hotel bar and gives guests a choice between a daytime coffee lounge and a late-evening drinks venue within the same setting.
